Erosionex is a High-Performance, Cost-Effective, Non-Toxic and Environmentally Benign solution to Dust Suppression, Soil Compaction, Erosion Control and HydroSeeding.
Erosionex is a Western Australian developed and manufactured multiple application polymer based product, which forms a tough membrane that achieves a cumulative effect by allowing exceptionally high levels of absorbtion, soil stability and moisture holding capacity.

Erosionex applications include:
- All aspects of road construction and unsealed road maintenance including dust control and soil compaction and soil binding.
- Topsoil consolidation and erosion control where it can reduce aggregate surface material replacement costs by up to 80%
- For general landscape and horticultural applications such as assisting with the establishment of greens and landscape areas.
- The stabilisation and re-vegetation of sand dune areas whilst maintaining and enhancing soil structure and encouraging seed germination.

Features and Benefits of Erosionex:

Horticulture, Landscaping and Vegetation:
Erosionex promotes water penetration and retention for seed germination and vegetation establishment, whilst reducing evaporation. Applications include crop establishment, re-vegetation and rehabilitation programs, garden landscaping and turf establishment.
Erosionex also has applications in broad acre farming. It will retain water in the soil to reduce the loss of topsoil and maintain grass cover in areas prone to wind erosion.

Road Construction and Maintenance:
Erosionex can be used in all aspects of road construction and maintenance. It improves road base compaction, will stabilise roadway shoulders and prevent erosion caused by water surface run-off, allows preparation of subgrade for parking lots with jus the soil that is in place, prevents wind and water erosion on slopes or embankments.
Early dust palliatives proved to be outstandingly insufficient for roadways subject to surface deterioration into potholes and wash-boarding. They would not keep the dust in place, Several products, particularly those that were (or still are) petroleum based, stabilised the compacted soil but soon allowed loose, fine material on the surface. Erosionex will deliver where these products have failed.
