Dura-Post Flexible Guide Posts
The Dura-Post Flexible Guide Post System provides authorities with a completely 360o "flexible" solution to your guide post requirements.
- The Dura-Post flexible guide post is a system within itself. The drivable foot, connecting flexible joint, and the plastic post are individual members. For your conveinince each can be ordered and replaced separately. This dramatically reduces replacement costs and installation time if the sheath needs replacement.
- If a new joint or post top is required, simply undo the nut and remove the bolt. The joint slips into the post top and fastens in the same manner.
- The foot on the Dura-Post Flexible is the same material and configuration as our steel guide post. Therefore the Dura-PostFlexible can be driven in to the hardest of pavements including chip-seal, asphalt and compacted gravels.
- Class 1A retro reflective delineators are available in 5,0002mm and 10,0002mm sizes. 10,0002mm delineation is required to meet RTA QA Specification 3412, Vic Roads Section 709, Main Roads WA Specification 602 and DIER TAS Specification R62.
- The joint and post top can be removed for grading and shoulder works.
- The join is flame retardant and will not require replacement after bushfires.

Dura-Post Standard Guide Posts
- The Guide Posts are constructed from 2mm Z275 BHP Galvanised Steel and are pre-treated before powder coating. They have a 10-year gloss retention warranty.
- Attached to the Guide Posts is a Class 1 A retroflective tape for delineation.
- The Guide Posts are frangible and so when knocked over they can be re-straightened more than 10 times.
- The Guide Posts are designed to hold both the Dura-Post patented Light and Sign Brackets.
- The Guide Posts are available in two lengths: 1350mm & 1500mm for softer soils.
- The Guide Posts conform to MRWA Standards.

Dura-post Construction Posts
- Dura-Post Construction Posts are an excellent, cost-effective alternative to conventional star pickets.
- Posts are constructed from BHP G450 high tensile steel.
- Construction Posts are available in three lengths: 1350mm, 1500mm and 1650mm.
- The Construction Posts are designed to hold both the Dura-Post patented Light and Sign Brackets allowing you to attach signs, lights and webbing in a neat, safe and vandal proof manner.
- Construction Posts are a much less desirable item to pilfer than star pickets.
- Construction Posts can be driven and re-driven into the hardest of pavements including chip seal, asphalt and compacted gravels.

Dura-post Marker Posts
- Marker Posts are manufactured the same as Guide Posts without delineators.
- Marker Posts can have any combinations of lettering and numbering (Matt or reflective printing) affixed.
- Marker Posts are an ideal Asset Management tool to identify the exact location of your organisations assets. Eg. Fire Hydrants, Stop Valves and Pipe Lines etc.
- Marker Posts can also be used for Road Segment markers and Rural Addressing.
- Marker Posts are available in 900mm, 1350mm & 1500mm lengths and are available in a variety of colours.

Safety End Caps:
- Designed to prevent accidental injury to pedestrians and road users.
- Fits all Dura-Post system products including Guide Construction and Marker Posts.
- Is inexpensive and can be fitted in a matter of seconds.
- Australian manufactured in a heavy-duty white plastic with UV stabilizers.
- Fit the cap AFTER installing the post and remove the cap PRIOR to removing the post.

Sign Brackets:
- Signs can be easily attached to the brackets with tech screws.
- The bracket, with the sign attached, then securely clips onto the post in a matter of seconds.
- The bracket, with the sign attached, can be used to fasten webbing.

Light Brackets:
- Lights are attached simply and securely to the top of the Light Bracket.
- The Light Bracket is capable of holding a sign and light with webbing simultaneously.

Locking Keys:
- The Locking Key has been specifically designed to help prevent theft of signage etc.
- The Locking Key fits neatly through the aligning holes of the Dura-Posts for both Light and Sign Brackets.
- A padlock or tamper proof fastener is then attached to the hole in the Locking Key, thus securing the bracket and webbing to the post.

Driver:
- The patented Dura-Post Driver contains a toughened plastic guide within the driver, which ensures that no damage occurs to the post during installation or removal.
- The Driver, with its patented removal system, is especially useful for temporary construction works.
- To remove the post, simply drop the rod down, fasten the R clip, and use a reverse action to extract the post in a matter of seconds
